Mena Alexandera Suvari, born in 1979 is a American model as well as actress and fashion designer. Her birth date was 13 February 1979. Soon after her first job as a model she soon became an actor after having appeared in guest roles on 1990's programs on television like Boy Meets World and High Incident. The actress made her debut in film in the 1997 dramatic film Nowhere. She made the transition to important roles thanks to her performance on American Beauty for which she received nominations for the BAFTA Award and American Pie and American Pie, both of which gained more attention. She has since appeared on screen in Loser (2000) with her American Pie co-star Jason Biggs as well as later, she played the lead character in the comedy Sugar & Spice (2001).
