Sheryl Underwood is an American comedian and TV personality popular as the presenter of The Talk, a popular talk show broadcast on daytime television. Sheryl Underwood was born in Arkansas was raised in Arkansas in the area of Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl comes out of the midst of a difficult background. She was a troubled child. childhood taking care of her older sister Frankie who suffered from the disease of polio. As a teenager, she experienced difficulties to her maternal grandmother. Sheryl claims that in one instance her mother stabbed her father for getting too close to her. After her graduation from college, Sheryl became a military officer. However, her interests lay in the field of comedy. She was the first woman to be a finalist in the contest Miller Lite Comedy Search held in 1989. Her TV professional career in 1992, when she appeared as a frequent actor for the HBO comedy program Def Comedy Jam. She was a guest in the show Oh Drama! as the host in 2000. In the past, she has been a host on The Talk since 2011. She's appeared in fictitious show such as Bulworth Nikki, Beauty Shop and others.
